´Ballet retreats are held throughout the year for adults of all standards - a chance to switch off from external pressures and commitments, and indulge in your passion for ballet, along with some blissful ´me-time´....the perfect feel-good escape!

Inspirational ballet classes with ex-Royal Ballet dancer Francesca, the chance to perhaps try out some Royal Ballet repertoire, long lazy Spanish lunches by the pool, perhaps a little taster of flamenco or yoga, or maybe a cookery / nutrition workshop, and the chance to explore the beautiful Atlantic coast of the Cadiz province.

Accommodation is available on site, within the beautiful Finca grounds, just a 5 min cycle from the huge sandy beach.
